Meet the Team

Zayde is a Senior Associate in the firm’s San Diego office. Zayde’s practice focuses on global trademark prosecution, clearance, enforcement, and litigation with a focus on complex trademark matters involving retail and consumer goods. Zayde also has substantial experience advising clients on the selection and protection of worldwide trademarks and domain names for clients in a wide range of industries, including apparel, cannabis, cosmetic, entertainment, sports, social media, and financial companies.

During law school, Zayde served as the Executive Editor of the California Western Law Review and externed for the Honorable Karen S. Crawford in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Before law school, Zayde played college football at Western New Mexico University, where he was named the Male Student-Athlete of the Year in 2015 and was later inducted into the Western New Mexico University Student Hall of Fame.
