With seven years of experience in trademark law, Melissa supports the firm’s domestic and international trademark practice with a focus on prosecution and enforcement. She assists clients with all aspects of U.S. and foreign trademark filings, including application preparation, docket management, office action responses, assignment recordation, clearance searches and enforcement.

Her experience working with clients ranging from startups to global brands makes her an integral part of the firm’s commitment to excellence in trademark law. When she's not managing international trademark portfolios, Melissa loves Dodgers baseball and beach days with her husband and two sons.
