Meet the Team

Joseph is a Senior Associate in the firm’s San Diego office. His practice encompasses all aspects of trademark law, including clearance, domain names, prosecution, and enforcement in the AI, apparel, cosmetic, digital security, restaurant and hospitality, SaaS, and video gaming fields.

During law school, Joseph externed for the Honorable District Judge Dana M. Sabraw and the Honorable District Judge Larry A. Burns in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and for the Honorable Judge Timothy B. Taylor in the Superior Court of California County of San Diego. He also served as a research assistant to Professor Ted Sichelman on various intellectual property matters, an executive editor of the San Diego International Law Journal, a student representative for PALSD and NAPIPA-SD, and in various other leadership roles for student organizations. Joseph is fluent in Mandarin and enjoys cooking for friends and family in his free time.
