Meet the Team

Jose is a Paralegal in the firm’s San Diego office where he supports domestic and international trademark prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management for clients across a wide range of industries. He has significant experience preparing and filing trademark applications, renewals, and maintenance documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and various international trademark offices. Jose regularly conducts preliminary trademark searches, assists with clearance efforts, and supports opposition and cancellation proceedings, as well as domain name disputes. He also helps manage complex global trademark portfolios and collaborates closely with foreign counsel to coordinate filing strategies and deadlines. Jose is fluent in Spanish and enjoys reading and playing board games with friends and family outside the office.
