Meet the Team

As a senior associate at IPLA, Chelsea’s work focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution, management, and enforcement. In her career, Chelsea has represented clients of all sizes in a wide range of industries from commercial durable and consumable goods to medical device manufacturers. With her holistic and creative approach to brand strategy, businesses choose Chelsea for her ability to navigate a variety of issues ranging from clearance of a new venture to anti-counterfeiting enforcement procedures.

Chelsea also has a wealth of experience in inter partes matters including proceedings at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and litigation in federal district courts. In addition, Chelsea has managed numerous online enforcement actions through the UDRP and other third-party platforms.

Prior to joining IPLA, Chelsea worked at a boutique national intellectual property firm based out of the Northeast. As a New England native, Chelsea loves spending time outdoors with her family.
