Benjamin S. White
Ben is a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most famous brands, including Snapchat and Signal Technology Foundation. He focuses his practice on building, managing, and protecting domestic and international trademark portfolios. Ben has been recognized and awarded for providing practical, cost-effective counsel that aligns with business objectives. He has deep experience in global trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, and regularly advises clients on the selection and protection of worldwide brands, trademarks, domain names, and other promotional assets.
Ben’s litigation practice is informed by his three years of service as a law clerk to two federal district judges, and he brings significant appellate experience to his work in both trademark and copyright disputes. He has handled a wide range of proceedings, including oppositions, cancellations, and federal court litigation.
Ben is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, he enjoys performing stand-up comedy, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife and their three children.
