Kathryn A. McPhail, Counsel, handles a variety of matters involving the acquisition and enforcement of intellectual property rights including trademark searches, responding to Office Actions, and conducting legal research regarding various trademark issues.

Prior to moving to California, Kate practiced corporate law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon, LLP in Canada.  As a licensed Canadian attorney, Kate represented a major motion picture studio in film financings, assisted in the sale of a major league baseball team, and provided counsel to a consortium of Canadian financial institutions.
