Gregory T. Bradford, Counsel, handles trademark searching, trademark prosecution, and a variety of matters involving the enforcement and acquisition of intellectual property rights.

Greg’s experience involves conducting worldwide trademark searches, preparing responses to Office Actions, assisting with opposition-related matters, conducting legal research, and drafting agreements related to copyright and trademark enforcement and acquisition. Greg’s past experience involves managing intellectual property portfolios, as well as handling most aspects related to patents, including prosecution, litigation, and licensing.

Greg has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and is a Registered Patent Attorney eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to law school, Greg worked as an engineer for DuPont Displays, Inc., conducting research and development on flat-panel display technologies. Greg worked as a Patent Agent and in various other capacities involving patents during law school.
