Cynthia M. Arko, Senior Counsel, specializes in patent and trademark prosecution, strategic counseling and due diligence. She counsels clients on all aspects of trademark law, including searching, registration, and enforcement of trademark rights worldwide.

Cynthia also advises clients on patentability, freedom to operate, infringement, validity, and licensing issues.  She has experience in a wide range of technology areas, including acoustic, clean tech, electromechanical, medical, and optical devices and methods.

Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia was an associate at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear, LLP.  During law school, Cynthia externed for the Honorable Irma E. Gonzalez in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.  Before law school, Cynthia worked at BlueMountain.com, managing implementations of electronic content and commerce affiliate programs.
