Kate McPhail is a licensed Canadian and California attorney.  Kate graduated from McGill University and obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, Canada’s top ranked law school.  Prior to moving to Southern California, Kate practiced corporate law at an international firm.  With over a decade of legal experience, Kate has handled a wide array of legal matters ranging from large corporate transactions to commercial litigation and trademarks.
