Josh is a trademark attorney who specializes in prosecuting trademarks both in the United States and abroad. His practice also focuses on preventing the dilution and infringement of his clients’ marks and rights worldwide. He brings to our firm experience litigating in both the state and federal courts and a track record of achieving outstanding results for his clients.

While in law school, Josh achieved high marks in his intellectual property studies and externed for the Honorable William McCurine Jr., in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.

A licensed real estate broker, Josh also brings to the firm experience negotiating and completing all types of real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale, exchange and leasing of both residential and commercial properties.
